This Is America's Smallest Town (meet the Only resident)

We drove to Monowi, Nebraska, America's smallest incorporated town, to meet Elsie, its only resident, mayor, bartender, and librarian. We toured the tavern, Rudy's library, and the town's abandoned buildings while hearing about Elsie's life, her memories of Monowi, and why the town gradually lost its population. We also shared a meal with local friends and tried Rocky Mountain oysters before saying goodbye to Elsie.
