Trans-Siberian Day 6 | Almost in Mongolia!

We arrived in Ulan-Ude after a six-and-a-half-hour train ride and checked into a comfortable hotel near the station. We walked through the city, admired the world’s largest statue of Lenin’s head, saw the Mongolian influence and a beautiful church, and explored Arbat Street. We finished the evening with borscht, buuz, and fried Russian pastries at an outdoor restaurant.
