Traveling to the Angriest Country in the World

We traveled to Lebanon to investigate why it has been called the angriest country in the world, splitting up across different neighborhoods and trying to find local strangers who would host us for the night. We explored Beirut, learned about the country’s economic crisis and the aftermath of the port explosion, and spoke with residents about their struggles, generosity, and hope for Lebanon. After hours of searching, we eventually found people willing to welcome us into their homes.
