Travelling on Via Rail The Canadian Toronto, Winnipeg & Saskatoon

We travelled across Canada by train from Halifax to Vancouver, boarding VIA Rail’s Canadian in Toronto and stopping in Winnipeg and Saskatoon before continuing toward Jasper. We explored the Canadian’s sleeper cabins, dining and dome cars, then visited Winnipeg attractions including Assiniboine Park Zoo, The Leaf, a Jets game, The Forks and local bars. We also stayed at the Fort Garry Hotel, reunited with family and began a relaxing day at Thermea.
