Truck Camping in the Australian Outback

We drove for several days through the remote Australian Outback in a truck camper, toured our makeshift home, counted camels and abandoned vehicles, and eventually reached Uluru. We enjoyed a sunset dinner featuring local ingredients and watched the Wintjiri Wiru drone show, which tells an ancestral Mala story above Uluru. The next morning, we returned for sunrise before reflecting on the remote roads, landscapes, and people that made the journey memorable.
