Van Life Oklahoma (better than it sounds)

We road-tripped north through Oklahoma in our converted van, stopping at Cattlemen’s for steak and lamb fries, exploring Route 66 landmarks like Pops and the Arcadia Round Barn, and camping at a vineyard. We spent a sunny day in Tulsa visiting the Gathering Place, riding electric bikes, and getting ice cream. We then drove to the Great Salt Plains, which was closed for the winter, before continuing through Kansas to the geographic center of the United States and crossing into Nebraska.
