Walking Across An Entire State (putting Google Maps to the test)

We walked across Rhode Island from west to east to test how accurately Google Maps predicts walking directions, using roads, sidewalks, and a greenway along the way. We took breaks for food, rest, and filming, while dealing with sore feet, darkness, and cold weather. After nearly 14 hours, we reached the Massachusetts border and found that our actual walking time was only about an hour longer than Google Maps predicted.
