War in Beirut & This Restaurant Stayed Open! Lebanon Travel Vlog

We spent the day exploring Beirut and trying as much Lebanese food as possible, including manoushe, chicken shawarma, falafel, a Chicken Francisco sandwich, and a famous fruit-and-cream dessert. We visited several Bar Bar restaurants and learned how the business stayed open throughout Lebanon’s civil war, becoming a symbol of stability in the city. We ended the rainy food tour stuffed and with an even greater appreciation for Lebanese cuisine.
