We Attempted The Deadly Swim (Alcatraz to San Francisco)

We visited Alcatraz and learned about its prison history before preparing to swim from the island to San Francisco. We faced cold water, strong currents, waves, panic, and exhaustion during the 1.5-mile open-water swim, with professional guides supporting us. We ultimately reached the beach, where cheering supporters helped us finish the challenge.
