we made it to paradise

We fly from Cebu to Siargao after navigating multiple boarding-pass checks and a surprisingly uncertain flight experience. We settle into an inexpensive resort near the beach, eat a freshly prepared meal, and explore the island while walking because we are not yet ready to ride a motorbike. We also take a local taxi to buy groceries and get our first glimpse of island life.
