We Tried Van Life Above the Arctic Circle (bad idea?)

We traveled through northern Norway by overnight ferry to meet our friends Craig and Amy, who hosted us in their bus above the Arctic Circle. We explored the snowy landscape, tried winter surfing at Unstad, and warmed up in a sauna afterward. We also toured their self-converted bus and compared its features with our own van.
