What Can $10 Get in Ecuador?

We explored Quito, visiting the Basilica, the equator monument, local markets, and trying Ecuadorian street food, fresh juice, and chocolate while tracking how far $10 could take us. We then traveled through the countryside to Baños, stopping for inexpensive corn-and-cheese tortillas and taking in the mountains, waterfalls, and volcanoes. In Baños, we visited the famous Swing at the End of the World and ended the day with our local friends over beers.
