We begin a four-week road trip around Turkey in Adana, exploring the city away from the tourist areas and learning about its history and famous Adana kebab. We eat kebab, baklava, banana milk, and spicy turnip juice, while also visiting markets, mosques, and local shops and meeting generous residents over Turkish tea.
