What is a Mariachi?

We visit Mexico City's Plaza Garibaldi with Camila, where mariachis surround us and perform for visitors. We learn about mariachi's history, its instruments, rotating vocalists, distinctive attire, and importance in Mexican culture, and we speak with a mariachi named Francisco. We also see how the musicians serenade people around the plaza and its restaurants.
