What is Andorra? (Not What You'd Expect!)

We visit Andorra, one of the world’s smallest countries, and explore its location in the Pyrenees, history, capital, language, safety, and political status. We also look at why people come for low-tax shopping, stunning mountain nature, skiing, and easy access from Barcelona or Toulouse. After spending a day there, we find it worthwhile for checking another country off our list, though there may not be much to do beyond the shops and wealthy neighborhoods.
