What is Mezcal? (Better Than Tequila!)

We visit the agave fields in Oaxaca and meet a mezcal farmer who explains how mezcal is made and how it differs from tequila, including the many varieties of agave used. We taste his mezcal, learn about its importance to the local community and his bond with his horse, and then head back toward Oaxaca City in a taxi found with the help of the horse.
