What is Voodoo? (West African Religion)

We travel to Ouidah, Benin, to learn about Voodoo and visit the Python Temple, where we see and hold sacred pythons. We hear about the religion’s beliefs, rituals, and the local legend explaining why pythons are worshipped. We also learn about traditional medicinal practices and hear the Fon language spoken in the region.
