What the Wakhi People Taught Me about Life

We spend a week living with a Wakhi family in Jamalabad, in Hunza Valley, northern Pakistan, and learn five lessons from their way of life. We explore their simple home, family traditions, locally produced food, respectful greetings, and the way villagers work together to care for their animals. We reflect on the warmth, generosity, and sense of community we experience during our stay.
