Why I Really Don't Like This Country (Brunei)

We discuss our 2014 visit to Brunei, a small oil-rich nation on Borneo, and explore both its positive and negative aspects. We enjoy a day trip to Ulu Temburong National Park, see impressive buildings in the capital, and meet generally friendly locals, but we are aggressively removed from a mosque. We also criticize Brunei’s human rights restrictions, government control, corruption, strict alcohol ban, slow Wi-Fi, and lack of activities.
