World’s Biggest Kebab Skewer - Adana Kebab

We explored Istanbul’s food scene, trying meat with bread, katmer, kunafa, wet burgers, and mussels. We then traveled to Adana, the kebab capital of the world, where we tasted Adana kebab, banana milk, börek, lamb liver, and other local specialties. We finished by preparing what was described as the world’s biggest kebab skewer before leaving for Gaziantep.
