World's Poorest Country 'Burundi' (I can’t forget the things I saw)

We traveled through Burundi, visiting Bujumbura, rural villages, farms, markets, schools, cemeteries, and impoverished homes. We spoke with farmers, cyclists, traders, police officers, students, and families about their work, income, education, food, and living conditions. We witnessed extreme poverty, limited infrastructure, hunger, and the ways people struggle to support themselves and their families.
